The aim of the project was clear: the existing contact centre platforms at R+V Service Center GmbH (Wiesbaden) and Condor Lebensversicherung (Hamburg) were to be replaced by a central Voxtron Communication Center (VCC).
IP Dynamics received this very special honour at the Avaya PartnerConnect Event in Darmstadt on 8 December 2011. Bertram Göhring, Managing Director of IP Dynamics, accepted the award from Lutz Klaus on behalf of his fellow Managing Director Christian Stölken and the whole IPD team.
For the first time, the IP Dynamics team will appear alongside Voxtron at the call centre industry's leading trade show at Estrel Convention Center Berlin from 28 February to 1 March 2012.
