IP Dynamics completes mammoth project at insurance company R+V

The aim of the project was crystal-clear: The existing contact centre platforms at R+V Service  Center GmbH (Wiesbaden) and Condor Lebensversicherung (Hamburg) were to be replaced by a central Voxtron Communication Center (VCC).  
The project encompassed five sites (Wiesbaden(2), Hamburg, Karlsruhe and Münster) with approximately 800 agents. R+V has more than 150 service hotline numbers,  which are used by 30,000 to 35,000 callers every day. Life insurer  Condor Lebensversicherung also receives e-mails via the VCC.
The project was completed in record time. It kicked off on 12 January 2011 and the last site (Karlsruhe) went live as planned on 19 September 2011.
