If you enjoy these school sub­jects and have in-​depth knowl­edge, you have good pre­req­ui­sites for an appren­tice­ship as an IT Spe­cial­ist for Dig­i­tal Net­works.

In gen­eral, you should have good ver­bal and writ­ten skills with a pro­nounced under­stand­ing of the text in order to make a con­fi­dent impres­sion in cus­tomer con­tact, but also, for exam­ple, to be able to pro­duce error-​free soft­ware man­u­als.

That´s your mis­sion!

• You will sup­port us in excit­ing (large-​scale) projects in the telecom­mu­ni­ca­tion sec­tor with a cur­rent focus on tech­nol­ogy
• As part of a team, you will develop con­cepts, assist with sys­tem imple­men­ta­tions, and sup­port cus­tomers in the ser­vice and oper­a­tion of solu­tions
• You will take care of the inter­faces between the processes and com­bine indi­vid­ual sys­tems with each other
• You will acquire knowl­edge and skills in the areas of infor­ma­tion and data pro­cess­ing sys­tems
• You will han­dle ser­vice requests (solv­ing tech­ni­cal prob­lems both inter­nally with col­leagues and exter­nally with our cus­tomers)
• You accom­pany busi­ness and ser­vice processes and are jointly respon­si­ble for sys­tem secu­rity

• You take part in the joint onboard­ing week with all trainees and stu­dents
• You can take advan­tage of many addi­tional offers, such as in-​house train­ing and cer­ti­fi­ca­tions
• You install and con­fig­ure Con­tact Cen­ters and set up tele­phone sys­tems at cus­tomer sites
• You cre­ate doc­u­men­ta­tion, such as an instal­la­tion guide
• You wire and main­tain net­work com­po­nents in the data cen­ter
• You always work with the lat­est cloud tech­nolo­gies
