Trade fair under difficult conditions


The 22nd Call Cen­ter World (CCW) took place in Berlin from 2 to 4 March. This year under more dif­fi­cult con­di­tions, as sev­eral major exhibitors had can­celled their par­tic­i­pa­tion in the fair due to cur­rent con­cerns about the coro­n­avirus. In addi­tion, the num­ber of vis­i­tors also remained below expec­ta­tions. How­ever, IP Dynam­ics decided to remain on site with a com­pe­tent team of spe­cial­ized col­leagues. This enabled inter­ested vis­i­tors to see live demon­stra­tions of inno­v­a­tive solu­tions at the large exhi­bi­tion booth. The focus was, among other things, on mod­ern Con­tact Cen­ter func­tions, the automa­tion of cus­tomer dia­log via voice or chat bots, and the gen­eral topic of the cloud.
