
The 22nd Call Center World (CCW) took place in Berlin from 2 to 4 March. This year under more difficult conditions, as several major exhibitors had cancelled their participation in the fair due to current concerns about the coronavirus. In addition, the number of visitors also remained below expectations. However, IP Dynamics decided to remain on site with a competent team of specialized colleagues. This enabled interested visitors to see live demonstrations of innovative solutions at the large exhibition booth. The focus was, among other things, on modern Contact Center functions, the automation of customer dialog via voice or chat bots, and the general topic of the cloud.
IP Dynamics would like to thank all guests, customers and partners for the friendly and constructive discussions and hopes that next year’s fair can take place again under more pleasant conditions.
