From Roasting Novice to Grilling Pro

In sum­mer, peo­ple like to fire up the bar­be­cue and throw the meat on the grill in a fes­tive mood. How­ever, grilling can be a real art that needs to be mas­tered. For this rea­son, our col­leagues from Dort­mund unpacked their bar­be­cue gear on August 16 and took part in a bar­be­cue course for real meat fans.

Dur­ing the four-​hour course, the par­tic­i­pants learned how to use the grills prop­erly, includ­ing acces­sories, and prac­ticed the cor­rect han­dling of food. A lot of fun and a good atmos­phere were guar­an­teed.

After the work was done, the six-​course meal was enjoyed with cool beer and a relaxed atmos­phere.

The other col­leagues are already look­ing for­ward to putting the course par­tic­i­pants’ newly learned grilling skills through their paces.
