Genesys and IP Dynamics: A new partnership


Genesys, a lead­ing provider of cus­tomer ser­vice and con­tact cen­ter solu­tions has forged a close part­ner­ship with IP Dynam­ics that sees the com­pa­nies pool­ing their strengths on the German-​speaking mar­ket.

Genesys will pro­vide cutting-​edge, high-​performance cus­tomer ser­vice soft­ware while IP Dynam­ics GmbH brings their exper­tise and expe­ri­ence in con­sult­ing, imple­men­ta­tion and man­age­ment of solu­tions for uni­fied com­mu­ni­ca­tions to the table. Under the new part­ner­ship, the Ham­burg sys­tems inte­gra­tor will add the Genesys Cus­tomer Expe­ri­ence Plat­form con­tact cen­ter solu­tion to its port­fo­lio and actively pro­mote it in Ger­many, Aus­tria and Switzer­land.

Thanks to the new col­lab­o­ra­tion, clients can now har­ness IP Dynam­ics’ proven inte­gra­tion exper­tise and exten­sive tech­ni­cal knowl­edge in the form of con­sult­ing and imple­men­ta­tion ser­vices for Genesys’ con­tact cen­ter solu­tions. Since the com­pany also spe­cial­izes in Microsoft Skype for Busi­ness, this tech­nol­ogy is incor­po­rated into the Genesys Cus­tomer Expe­ri­ence Plat­form.
