IP Dynam­ics at CCW

IP Dynam­ics can’t be miss­ing when the most impor­tant inter­na­tional providers in the field of Call Cen­ter, cus­tomer ser­vice and cus­tomer com­mu­ni­ca­tion gather at the annual CCW con­fer­ence and trade show in Berlin. From 19 to 21 Feb­ru­ary, the Ham­burg based IT ser­vice provider was one of around 270 exhibitors to present inno­v­a­tive solu­tions from its own port­fo­lio.

Imple­men­ta­tion of AI and Bots

Sev­eral experts from IP Dynam­ics answered the vis­i­tors‘ ques­tions in inspir­ing tech­ni­cal dis­cus­sions. Many ques­tions focused on the company’s IT spe­cial­ties: Con­tact Cen­ter, Uni­fied Com­mu­ni­ca­tion, Col­lab­o­ra­tion, Man­aged Ser­vice, Pri­vate & Pub­lic Cloud and VoIP. On site, inter­ested vis­i­tors were able to expe­ri­ence the setup and func­tions of a mod­ern mul­ti­chan­nel Con­tact Cen­ter.

This year, espe­cially the top­ics AI and Bots were traded very high. In a live demo at its own booth, IP Dynam­ics pre­sented how both voice and chat bots can be inte­grated into the cus­tomer dia­logue. Using con­crete case stud­ies, it was demon­strated that the intel­li­gent inte­gra­tion of mul­ti­lin­gual voice bots can sig­nif­i­cantly reduce the work­load of call cen­ter agents. The same applies to Chat­bots. By their tailor-​made imple­men­ta­tion the treat­ment of recur­ring processes can be auto­mated and at the same time the cus­tomer ser­vice expe­ri­ence can be improved.
