
IP Dynamics at CCW
IP Dynamics can’t be missing when the most important international providers in the field of Call Center, customer service and customer communication gather at the annual CCW conference and trade show in Berlin. From 19 to 21 February, the Hamburg based IT service provider was one of around 270 exhibitors to present innovative solutions from its own portfolio.
Implementation of AI and Bots
Several experts from IP Dynamics answered the visitors‘ questions in inspiring technical discussions. Many questions focused on the company’s IT specialties: Contact Center, Unified Communication, Collaboration, Managed Service, Private & Public Cloud and VoIP. On site, interested visitors were able to experience the setup and functions of a modern multichannel Contact Center.
This year, especially the topics AI and Bots were traded very high. In a live demo at its own booth, IP Dynamics presented how both voice and chat bots can be integrated into the customer dialogue. Using concrete case studies, it was demonstrated that the intelligent integration of multilingual voice bots can significantly reduce the workload of call center agents. The same applies to Chatbots. By their tailor-made implementation the treatment of recurring processes can be automated and at the same time the customer service experience can be improved.

Thanks to the interesting exchange with some of the more than 8,000 international fair visitors and the focused discussions with customers, the CCW has been a complete success for IP Dynamics.
