Makes Science Ficition look old
Under this motto, IP Dynamics presented itself in the Estrel Congress Center from 21 to 23 February 2017 at this year’s Call Center World – the international congress for customer service, communication & Contact Center.
An exciting trade fair was kicked off with a joint pre-event with Microsoft on Monday. Mr. Sasse, TSP at Microsoft, started with his lecture on Dynamics 365, followed by a live demo of the modern contact center by Christian Stölken, CEO of IP Dynamics.
At the trade fair, the topic of artificial intelligence in the contact center, which was presented in the form of a chatbot, was particularly interesting. Using the example of a WhatsApp conversation between the customer and Chatbot, visitors were impressively shown how AI can be used effectively. The topic of contact centers also integrated into SAP CRM and Skype for Business was a highlight as well. The real eye-catcher was the Microsoft HoloLens. With Augmented reality glasses it is possible to display interactive 3D-projections in the direct environment. At the end of the individual fair, we had the opportunity to talk about an exciting project – the optimization of the business processes through the use of Camunda Business Process Management (BPM) in collaboration with Genesys Workload Distribution – on the Genesys stage. The main focus here is on automation and thus a productivity increase for the company.
Overall, the organizer Management Circle recorded 8,000 visitors and 260 exhibitors from 20 countries. The figures are increasing year by year and underpin the importance of the contact center trade fair. We too, the IP Dynamics, can satisfy us with many successful talks, new contacts and are looking forward to the coming 20th anniversary of the CCW in 2018.
