IP Dynamics at full speed

From 15 to 17 February, eight IPD employees and a colleague from our long-standing partner Enghouse Interactive travelled to Ötztal, Austria, to get on their skis and snowboards. On the evening of the arrival day, the group got in the mood for the upcoming days with a dinner together. The short break was now in full swing and so the next morning we went straight to the slopes. Fortunately February showed its golden side during the whole weekend. Our active vacationers could enjoy the bright blue sky and continuous sunshine.

In this royal weather the ski passes were exhausted to the last second – at any time with a fantastic view! In addition, all of our vacationers could enjoy the extraordinary atmosphere during a refreshment on the alpine pasture or a detour to the panoramic rock bridge Tiefenbachkogel (3,250 meters). After a day full of action the power reserves in the evening were unfortunately insufficient for après-ski. Instead, all participants only fell into bed completely exhausted.
On Sunday, however, again in top shape and in the best moods, our colleagues were not afraid to prove their abilities at the BMW xDrive Cup. Two skiers were allowed to compete against each other in the slalom. With maximum speed we went down the Giggijoch in Sölden – real fun!

On Sunday evening, the beautiful days and the great experiences were once again reflected in a joint round before we went back home again. Looking back, the weekend in the Ötztal was a very successful short break, which should have awakened the expectation for the next year in one or the other colleague.
