IP Dynamics GmbH became an aiaibot Solution Provider in December 2020. The company is thus expanding its portfolio with a cloud-based, easy-to-integrate chatbot. The solution has an intuitive “story builder” that enables both guided dialogs and open questions. The latter can be analyzed using Artificial Intelligence (AI) or Natural Language Processing (NLP).
The AI/NLP component offers the advantage that own sample data can be imported for the configuration of the AI components. Thus, the solution does not rely on general (public) machine learning. In this way, it is prevented that, for example, questions about a life insurance policy to the bot of an insurance company are not answered with the offer of another insurer just because the latter is running a campaign at the same time and its results are highly prioritized by search engines.
Thanks to multi-level administration, each department can create individual stories with aiaibot using the drag-and-drop method. The backend systems, on the other hand, are connected centrally – for example by the IT department – and made available to the other departments as a drag-and-drop module.
aiaibot offers a wide range of integration options, for example in WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams, Slack, facebook as well as in backend systems (for example to query the delivery status or for data storage). In addition, aiaibot can transfer agents and call histories in the Contact Center solutions from IP Dynamics (novomind iAGENT or Voxtron Communication Center), taking over the previously exchanged data as skills for routing.
aiaibot is a product of the Swiss technology company swiss moonshot AG, which is backed by PIDAS AG employees, among others. Thus, IP Dynamics can build on experience from previous joint projects with PIDAS.
