IP Dynamics is TOP Employer for the second time!


For the sec­ond time already, IP Dynam­ics has qual­i­fied for the kununu Top Com­pany seal. This puts the com­pany among the top five per­cent of the best employ­ers on the rat­ing por­tal. And this is no coin­ci­dence: IPD offers its employ­ees a wide range of oppor­tu­ni­ties to actively help shape the com­pany and grow together.

A wide range of ben­e­fits

At IP Dynam­ics, the cen­tral aspect is the indi­vid­ual. There­fore, it is impor­tant that every employee at IPD can develop freely. That’ s how excit­ing ideas and out­stand­ing projects come to life. For exam­ple, in addi­tion to flex­i­ble work­ing time mod­els, there is the pos­si­bil­ity to work on a mobile basis.
