IP Dynamics provides new ideas for the insurance industry

Trade fair con­gress in Leipzig

Dig­i­tal­iza­tion is chang­ing the way com­pa­nies com­mu­ni­cate with their cus­tomers. The insur­ance indus­try is also fac­ing new chal­lenges and must develop inno­v­a­tive strate­gies to meet chang­ing cus­tomer require­ments. The trade fair con­gress Cus­tomer Man­age­ment in Insur­ance, which will take place in Leipzig on 5 and 6 June, will pro­vide the nec­es­sary inspi­ra­tion.
The event of the Ver­sicherungs­foren Leipzig aims at spe­cial­ists and exec­u­tives from the insur­ance indus­try and addresses var­i­ous busi­ness areas through a vari­ety of top­ics. The fair offers insur­ers, sales com­pa­nies, start-​ups as well as soft­ware and con­sult­ing com­pa­nies a stage for pro­fes­sional exchange and knowl­edge trans­fer around the “holis­tic cus­tomer man­age­ment of tomor­row”.

Expert-​knowledge at first hand

IP Dynam­ics is on site as an exhibitor and brings a lot of exper­tise with it. After all, the tech­ni­cal opti­miza­tion of cus­tomer dia­logue is a core com­pe­tence of the IT ser­vice provider. IP Dynam­ics’ long-​standing cus­tomers include many large insur­ance com­pa­nies (all IP Dynam­ics ref­er­ence projects).
In Leipzig, Dr. Jür­gen Haas, Senior Con­sul­tant at IP Dynam­ics, and Andrea Schmidt from SIG­NAL IDUNA will give insights into an ongo­ing project on 6 June at 10.45 a.m. As part of their joint pre­sen­ta­tion “Dig­i­tal­iza­tion in tele­phone cus­tomer ser­vice”, they will show how the insurer has been able to improve its tele­phone cus­tomer com­mu­ni­ca­tion by inte­grat­ing a voice bot. In addi­tion, the IP Dynam­ics experts will be avail­able to answer ques­tions on this or other aspects of cus­tomer man­age­ment and com­mu­ni­ca­tion at their own booth dur­ing the entire con­gress.
