IP Dynamics takes the next development step with Haspa BGM

Since Novem­ber 2020, the Haspa Beteili­gungs­ge­sellschaft für den Mit­tel­stand mbH (Haspa BGM) sup­ports the busi­ness devel­op­ment of IP Dynam­ics GmbH as a minor­ity share­holder in the course of a par­tial suc­ces­sion. This opens up addi­tional growth oppor­tu­ni­ties for the inter­na­tion­ally active Hamburg-​based IT com­pany with its eight loca­tions through­out Ger­many and its sub­sidiary in Switzer­land.

As part of the long-​term coop­er­a­tion, Haspa BGM pro­motes IP Dynam­ics’ devel­op­ment from IT inte­gra­tor to soft­ware man­u­fac­turer. The focus is on com­plex Con­tact Cen­ter sys­tems. These can be extended to cre­ate inte­grated solu­tions for com­mu­ni­ca­tion and process con­trol – for exam­ple, by using inno­v­a­tive automa­tion soft­ware.

In addi­tion, the company’s cus­tomers will also ben­e­fit. Haspa BGM is a fully-​owned sub­sidiary of Ham­burger Sparkasse AG and invests in selected, often owner-​managed mid­size com­pa­nies through­out Ger­many with con­vinc­ing busi­ness mod­els and man­age­ment. The port­fo­lio cur­rently com­prises some 20 active invest­ments. As a share­holder with a long-​term ori­en­ta­tion, Haspa BGM focuses on busi­ness sup­port and a rela­tion­ship based on part­ner­ship in order to sup­port the sus­tain­able devel­op­ment of com­pa­nies.
