IP Dynamics wishes a Merry Christmas

IP Dynam­ics looks back on a suc­cess­ful year 2021 and thanks its cus­tomers, part­ners and friends for the great and trust­ful coop­er­a­tion.

Dona­tions instead of gifts

This year, in the inter­est of the envi­ron­ment, IP Dynam­ics decided to avoid lav­ishly wrapped Christ­mas presents and instead donated to a good cause.

The choice fell on the Man­delzweig Pro­jek­thilfe eV orga­ni­za­tion, which has been pro­mot­ing part­ner­ship projects between Ger­many and India for 10 years. With a gen­er­ous dona­tion, IP Dynam­ics is sup­port­ing the con­struc­tion and equip­ping of the tea guest­house, which is the cen­tral hub of Man­delzweig Pro­jek­thilfe in north­ern India. From here, projects for the pro­mo­tion of human rights, fair trade and inter­cul­tural com­mu­ni­ca­tion are ini­ti­ated and coor­di­nated.

Look­ing back on a suc­cess­ful year

In the past few months, IP Dynam­ics has imple­mented numer­ous cus­tomer projects. The Bavar­ian cap­i­tal of Munich, for exam­ple, was sup­ported in its fight against the Covid pan­demic by the deploy­ment of state-​of-​the-​art Con­tact Cen­ter tech­nol­ogy. Other cus­tomers were able to ben­e­fit from the progress IP Dynam­ics has made regard­ing the Con­tact Cen­ter inte­gra­tion of Microsoft Teams.

A spe­cial high­light in August was the cer­ti­fi­ca­tion accord­ing to the inter­na­tional stan­dard ISO 27001. In the same month, IP Dynam­ics’ suc­cess­ful work with young tal­ent paid off: Five trainees were able to com­plete their appren­tice­ships at the com­pany – one of them even with top marks.

In addi­tion, all of the company’s part­ner­ships were cul­ti­vated and expanded. With inno­va­phone, for exam­ple, IP Dynam­ics was once again able to qual­ify for the high­est part­ner sta­tus. In the coop­er­a­tions with Poly and Epos, the com­pany has achieved gold respec­tively sil­ver sta­tus. And together with novo­m­ind, IP Dynam­ics has received cer­ti­fi­ca­tion for the con­nec­tion of Mitel MiVoice Busi­ness tele­phone sys­tems to Con­tact Cen­ters.
