
The 17th international congress and exhibition for customer service, communication and call centers, the CCW, took place from 23 to 26 February in the Berlin Estrel Convention Center under the banner “Dialogue at eye level”.
This year’s edition of the leading industry event for call centers attracted a total of 7,600 participants – a repeat of last year’s record attendance. IP Dynamics was there and showcased the agent workstation of the future, the Voxtron Communication Center with Lync UC Integration and Office 365. Visitors gained in-depth insights into the contact center’s features and capabilities as well as the related Azure cloud concepts and email management.
