UCC sim­pli­fies or stan­dard­izes all inter­nal and exter­nal com­mu­ni­ca­tion and makes busi­ness processes more effi­cient.

In times of dig­i­ti­za­tion and glob­al­iza­tion, the bundling and inte­gra­tion of all com­mu­ni­ca­tion chan­nels as well as vir­tual, loca­tion– and platform-​independent col­lab­o­ra­tion is of cen­tral impor­tance for many com­pa­nies.
