Merry Christmas

A year full of events is com­ing to an end. IP Dynam­ics would like to thank its cus­tomers, part­ners and friends for the great projects, the con­struc­tive exchange as well as the time spent together.

Gift dona­tion

Like last year, IP Dynam­ics donates again for a good cause. Instead of giv­ing mate­r­ial gifts, the com­pany wants to focus on social and envi­ron­men­tal chal­lenges and help peo­ple in need as well as sup­port envi­ron­men­tal pro­tec­tion.

This year, IP Dynam­ics is donat­ing to three non-​profit orga­ni­za­tions at once:

PRI­MAK­LIMA

The glob­ally active asso­ci­a­tion refor­ests forests and thus makes an effec­tive con­tri­bu­tion to cli­mate pro­tec­tion. In addi­tion to the eco­log­i­cal added value, social aspects also play a role. The projects, espe­cially in the south­ern hemi­sphere, pro­vide secure income by com­mis­sion­ing for­est main­te­nance and are the basis for local coop­er­a­tion.

Aktion Deutsch­land hilft

The cruel war of aggres­sion in Ukraine con­tin­ues to cost many peo­ple their lives and deprives oth­ers of any liveli­hood. “Aktion Deutsch­land hilft” sends aid to Ukraine and sup­ports local med­ical care.

Friedens­dorf Inter­na­tional

Friedens­dorf Inter­na­tional pro­vides aid for chil­dren from war and cri­sis zones who can­not receive med­ical care in their home coun­tries. In addi­tion to pro­vid­ing med­ical assis­tance for indi­vid­ual cases, the orga­ni­za­tion also car­ries out peace edu­ca­tion work and holds work­shops and sem­i­nars on a wide range of top­ics.

With the sup­port of these projects, IP Dynam­ics is aim­ing to make a con­tri­bu­tion to over­com­ing cur­rent chal­lenges and cri­sis sit­u­a­tions.

An event­ful year

IP Dynam­ics looks back on an event­ful year. Besides the Microsoft team inte­gra­tion in the con­tact cen­ter of ROSE Bikes, the solu­tion is about to be offi­cially cer­ti­fied by Microsoft.

In addi­tion, the IT com­pany joined the „Verein zur Förderung der Ver­sicherungswis­senschaft in Ham­burg e.V.“ in order to sup­port the indus­try in the dig­i­tal trans­for­ma­tion through indi­vid­ual solu­tion con­cepts and to get young peo­ple excited about the tech­no­log­i­cal poten­tial of the indus­try.

At var­i­ous events, such as the Ham­burg Insur­ance Inno­va­tion Day and the Messekongress IT in Leipzig, IP Dynam­ics was able to focus on the topic of “work­load con­trol” and, together with Sig­nal Iduna, pro­vide insights into the company’s live envi­ron­ment.

There was also very pleas­ing news in terms of part­ner­ship: inno­va­phone once again awarded IP Dynam­ics with the fourth “Star of Excel­lence” for the high qual­ity and exper­tise of its soft­ware solu­tions and imple­men­ta­tion of projects.

The com­pany places great impor­tance on train­ing new junior staff as well as strength­en­ing and expand­ing its own spe­cial­ist depart­ments. This year, IP Dynam­ics was once again able to wel­come two new trainees.

As a future-​oriented com­pany, IP Dynam­ics has made it its busi­ness to become and act more sus­tain­able. In addi­tion to opti­mized data cen­ters and replac­ing the com­pany fleet with e-​vehicles, the offices are also elim­i­nat­ing a lot of paper by dig­i­tiz­ing many con­tracts and invoices.

Besides the excit­ing project work, the col­leagues at IP Dynam­ics were once again able to enjoy excit­ing and var­ied events this year. In addi­tion to sport­ing activ­i­ties such as go-​karting, a hike through the Harz moun­tains, and a moun­tain bike tour through the Black For­est, there were also qui­eter hap­pen­ings such like a bar­be­cue course and an “Eat the World” tour through Erfurt.
