Reinforcement for IP Dynamics

IP Dynam­ics has been focus­ing on the sys­tem­atic pro­mo­tion of young tal­ent for many years. Cur­rently, sev­eral trainees and dual stu­dents are com­plet­ing their appren­tice­ships at the company’s var­i­ous loca­tions. Since August 1, 2020, the col­leagues in Hanover have been strength­ened by two new young pro­fes­sion­als. The two prospec­tive IT Spe­cial­ists for Sys­tem Inte­gra­tion will pass through var­i­ous depart­ments dur­ing their train­ing and gain an insight into the diverse work processes of a dynamic IT com­pany. For exam­ple, they will install and con­fig­ure Con­tact Cen­ter solu­tions and tele­phone sys­tems along­side their expe­ri­enced col­leagues in cus­tomer projects.

The meet­ings of the oblig­a­tory onboard­ing week are tak­ing place only vir­tu­ally this year due to the corona cri­sis. How­ever, the two new junior employ­ees can still look for­ward to start­ing their appren­tice­ship at IP Dynam­ics and get­ting to know the other trainees and stu­dents. “For me, train­ing in the IT indus­try is the first step on the way to my dream job and I am very excited about what awaits me here in the com­ing years,” says Ahsan­ul­lah Zazai, one of the two prospec­tive IT Spe­cial­ists. IP Dynam­ics, in turn, is pleased about the wel­come rein­force­ment and wishes the young col­leagues a suc­cess­ful career start and an excit­ing appren­tice­ship.
