I would hereby like to thank all of you for a professional execution of our PABX installation at the Renaissance Hamburg Hotel. You as a team have gained valuable experience from the first installation and have been able to turn around and demonstrate the business and technical capabilities of IP Dynamics.

The approach from start to end have clearly demonstrated to the hotel and myself your professional attitude and understanding of the customers wishes; The pre-work from Jan-Simon (introduction meeting / costs / rollout of telephones!), the ordering of the telephone/faceplate with Cindy and the great technical expertise and dedication from Marco, Arne & Sven have made this project a success. There was always a positive attitude and smiles on their faces!

I hope to work again with you in the near future and I will be more than willing to share my experiences with IP Dynamics among my colleagues.

In his personal feedback, Dennis Zonneveld, Cluster System Manager at the Renaissance Hamburg and Hamburg Marriott Hotel, describes the successful collaboration between the two Marriott Hotels in downtown Hamburg and IP Dynamics, which began at the Hamburg Marriott Hotel in early 2011.

Lucent’s Definity had to make way for an Avaya Communication Manager S8800. In addition, three Avaya Gateway 450s were installed, and 80 digital as well as 330 analog remote terminals were connected. A call-center with 7 reservation agents went into service and the hotel system, Tiger TMS, was implemented.

The Renaissance Hotel Hamburg, part of the Marriott International group, followed in February of this year (2012) with the installation of an Avaya S8300 media server and two Gateway 450s. This entailed the seamless roll-out of 40 digital terminals and 250 analog telephones, for which Dennis Zonneveld has expressed his thanks to IP Dynamics General Manager, Christian Stölken. During the course of implementing both projects, IP Dynamics´ non-portfolio-specific deployment was particularly noteworthy, since Lucent’s Definity was taken out of service, while the existing Integral 33 TC system was migrated into the Avaya Aura Communication Manager solution.
