Skype for Business – Special wishes allowed
Skype for Business is more than just talking to each other. We have impressively demonstrated this to all trade visitors at this year’s CeBIT, the Center for Office Automation, Information Technology and Telecommunications.
In the “Communications & Network” topic area, we were part of the Microsoft Skype for Business Stand and presented our individual additional modules for Skype for Business:
• The pickup bar allows authorized employees to “pick” calls from colleagues.
• Using CHEF /SEC, team leaders define deputy rules.
• Busy on Busy expands Skype for Business with the busy signal and rules for second calls.
Another highlight was the combination of a contact center, Skype for business and chatbots. Many interesting conversations were held between our colleagues and visitors during these exciting topics. It has been noticed that the CeBIT is still a branch meeting point. This is also confirmed by the figures. 3,000 exhibitors presented their products and services to the approximately 200,000 attendees.
We draw a very positive conclusion from our first appearance in Hanover and are very excited about how the “new” CeBIT will develop in the summer of 2018.
