Successful performance at CCW 2016 in Berlin !


This Year’s Call Cen­ter World, the Inter­na­tional Con­fer­ence and Trade Show for Cus­tomer Ser­vice, Com­mu­ni­ca­tions and the Con­tact Cen­ter Indus­try, was held from 02/​23/​2016 to 02/​25/​16 in Berlin. And IP Dynam­ics was there to show­case the lat­est devel­op­ments and inno­va­tions. Among the fea­tured prod­ucts were the con­tact cen­ter of the future – which inte­grates SAP CRM as well as Skype for Busi­ness – and the IPD NOW cloud-​based work­sta­tions.

Accord­ing to orga­niz­ers Man­age­ment Cir­cle AG, this year’s Call Cen­ter World was themed “Peo­ple – Ser­vice – Change: Shap­ing the future!” A record 7,800 peo­ple attended, and IP Dynam­ics pro­vided vis­i­tors with an overview of the fea­tures and ben­e­fits of Vox­tron and Genesys’ con­tact cen­ters. While shar­ing the floor with 266 other exhibitors, the com­mu­ni­ca­tion spe­cial­ists made their pres­ence felt, as was evi­dent from their con­stantly packed booth.

IPD also pre­sented the inte­gra­tion of Skype for Busi­ness in every­day work­ing life. Skype for Busi­ness pro­vides pres­ence infor­ma­tion in real time – includ­ing a photo, avail­abil­ity sta­tus and loca­tion as well as an extended chat, VoIP and video calls. The com­pany also pre­miered IPD NOW! – a work­sta­tion that puts every­thing employ­ees need at their fin­ger­tips. This cloud-​based solu­tion is avail­able as “light”, “medium” and “full” cloud pack­ages, allow­ing com­pa­nies to flex­i­bly cus­tomize work­sta­tions accord­ing to busi­nesses needs.
