
This Year’s Call Center World, the International Conference and Trade Show for Customer Service, Communications and the Contact Center Industry, was held from 02/23/2016 to 02/25/16 in Berlin. And IP Dynamics was there to showcase the latest developments and innovations. Among the featured products were the contact center of the future – which integrates SAP CRM as well as Skype for Business – and the IPD NOW cloud-based workstations.
According to organizers Management Circle AG, this year’s Call Center World was themed “People – Service – Change: Shaping the future!” A record 7,800 people attended, and IP Dynamics provided visitors with an overview of the features and benefits of Voxtron and Genesys’ contact centers. While sharing the floor with 266 other exhibitors, the communication specialists made their presence felt, as was evident from their constantly packed booth.
IPD also presented the integration of Skype for Business in everyday working life. Skype for Business provides presence information in real time – including a photo, availability status and location as well as an extended chat, VoIP and video calls. The company also premiered IPD NOW! – a workstation that puts everything employees need at their fingertips. This cloud-based solution is available as “light”, “medium” and “full” cloud packages, allowing companies to flexibly customize workstations according to businesses needs.
