At the Swiss CRM Forum industry event at The Dolder Grand Zurich, IP Dynamics Swiss, together with its partners Pidas and Enghouse, will demonstrate how the customer communication at the Swiss insurer Sympany has been optimised to such an extent that business transactions are largely automated by contact centre software and processed without media discontinuity.
The use case can be seen in a live demo at the partners’ booth (Room Gallery).
Sympany will also talk about the objectives and implementation of the project in the congress programme (“Customer Excellence Management” track, 3:30 p.m., Gallery Lounge 2).
