
IP Dynamics is about to be certified according to the Microsoft Teams Extend Model
With the integration of Microsoft Teams into the Contact Center, the holistic processing of internal and external communication takes place via the communication platform. Chats, video meetings and calls – all channels can be operated seamlessly and conveniently via the Microsoft Teams client.
The integration brings various advantages: On the one hand, companies can react more flexible to new requirements and situations and scale the solution as desired. On the other hand, the flexibility gained also gives agents more freedom to choose where they work and the option of working from home.
The handling is also simplified for the agents. Thanks to the holistic communication solution, it is no longer necessary to switch between different software windows. All work steps are mapped in Microsoft Teams.
IP Dynamics has already been able to prove its solution and implement various projects, including one for the bicycle brand ROSE Bikes. The company is currently in the final stage of the Microsoft Teams certification program for the Extend model. With the completion of this process, the IT company will soon receive official confirmation from Microsoft that the solution meets the Redmond company’s high standards.
