IP Dynam­ics pro­motes young tal­ents with the FIT Job Schol­ar­ship , a Microsoft part­ner train­ing pro­gram in coop­er­a­tion with the LM IT Ser­vices AG.

It’s done – our two trainees Jean-​Paul and Bahareh have suc­cess­fully com­pleted the Microsoft Pro­fes­sion­als Ini­tia­tive for IT, shortly FIT.

Launch was April 27, 2015 in Unter­schleis­sheim near Microsoft Ger­many. Our two grad­u­ates are now fit in the area of​IT con­sult­ing and have rec­og­nized cer­ti­fi­ca­tions that iden­tify them as experts in Microsoft solu­tions. Within one year and over 60 days of atten­dance Jean-​Paul and Bahareh stud­ied Win­dows 8, Win­dows Server 2012 , Pri­vate Cloud and Office 365 etc.

The efforts have paid off and so the final cer­e­mony at the IT vNext 2016 was appre­ci­ated .
