Start of training 2019
Promoting young talents has always been a top priority at IP Dynamics, and so the training class of 2019 is once again very well staffed. On August 1, the IT service provider welcomed a total of six new trainees to its ranks. In addition to an office clerk in Hamburg, five IT specialists for systems integration started work at the locations in Hamburg, Hanover, Stuttgart and Wiesbaden. Furthermore, the Stuttgart team will be actively supported in its daily business by a new intern from now on.
Onboarding into the IPD family
As part of the onboarding, the young talents spent a week together in Wiesbaden. In addition to the general introduction and a preview of the upcoming three years, the program also included a chance to get to know each other. For Patric Reusch, who started in Stuttgart as an IT specialist for systems integration, the social aspect is extremely important: “For my application, it was decisive that IP Dynamics sees itself as a large family, because the good and friendly contact with colleagues is very important to me”. So it was even better that the trainees in Wiesbaden were also able to get to know their mentors, who will be their personal contact during the entire apprenticeship, providing advice and support.
A win-win situation
IP Dynamics reacts to the lack of specialists in the IT industry by teaching the next generation of specialists itself. The young trainees, on the other hand, are happy about the possibility of a promising career start. “I’m looking forward to an exciting time here at IP Dynamics,” says Nils Pache, who is being trained as an IT specialist for systems integration in Hanover, “and to learn my dream job in an interesting and challenging work environment”. All sides can only profit from the active promotion of young talents. IP Dynamics says “welcome on board” and wishes the young new colleagues a successful apprenticeship.
