Workload management in the insurance industry

Dr. Michael Stölken (CTO) explains in his tech­ni­cal pre­sen­ta­tion how com­pa­nies can increase their pro­duc­tiv­ity through holis­tic work­load con­trol.

On Feb­ru­ary 7 and 8, 2023, the tech­ni­cal con­fer­ence “Dark Pro­cess­ing & Work­flow Sup­port in Insur­ance Com­pa­nies” will take place in Leipzig. The two-​day event orga­nized by Ver­sicherungs­foren Leipzig is pri­mar­ily aimed at IT man­agers from the insur­ance indus­try and will focus on the full and semi-​automation of busi­ness processes.

Under the title “The Spe­cial Case of Dark Pro­cess­ing: Light Pro­cess­ing”, Dr. Michael Stölken, Chief Tech­nol­ogy Offi­cer at IP Dynam­ics, will present in a tech­ni­cal pre­sen­ta­tion how pro­duc­tiv­ity in com­pa­nies can be sig­nif­i­cantly increased through intel­li­gent automa­tion and dis­tri­b­u­tion of work pack­ages to employ­ees.

But there’s plenty to learn beyond the talk, too. The IP Dynam­ics team will be on site on both days and is look­ing for­ward to hav­ing inter­est­ing con­ver­sa­tions and tech­ni­cal dis­cus­sions about automa­tion with the vis­i­tors of the con­fer­ence at the com­pany booth.
