A large vari­ety of choices

For about five years, IP Dynam­ics is offer­ing dual stu­dents the oppor­tu­nity to work on a vari­ety of projects and not only to expe­ri­ence the dig­i­tal change up close, but to actively par­tic­i­pate in it. By coop­er­at­ing with sev­eral Ger­man uni­ver­si­ties, the IT ser­vice provider offers attrac­tive entry oppor­tu­ni­ties for IT careers. Inter­ested high school grad­u­ates can choose between the study courses IT Man­age­ment, Con­sult­ing & Audit­ing at FH Wedel, Busi­ness Infor­mat­ics at FOM Stuttgart, Busi­ness Admin­is­tra­tion with focus on Mar­ket­ing at iba Ham­burg or com­puter sci­ence at the Munich Uni­ver­sity of Applied Sci­ences.

Dual stud­ies at IP Dynam­ics – a suc­cess story

IP Dynam­ics is cur­rently train­ing four dual stu­dents. The young tal­ents par­tic­u­larly like the fact that they were involved from the very begin­ning and entrusted with chal­leng­ing tasks. “You get the oppor­tu­nity to par­tic­i­pate in projects and con­tribute your own per­sonal part,” explains Celina Moreno Buss, who is cur­rently study­ing busi­ness admin­is­tra­tion with a focus on human resources.

In addi­tion, IP Dynam­ics is one of the spon­sors of the Ger­man National Schol­ar­ship Pro­gram (Deutsch­land­stipendium) at the TU Munich. The two com­puter sci­ence stu­dents, who are cur­rently being sup­ported over a period of three years each, can use the schol­ar­ship to study abroad in China or the United States.

IP Dynam­ics GmbH was again cer­ti­fied by the Ham­burg Cham­ber of Com­merce this year for its efforts to pro­vide young tal­ents with dual train­ing and at the same time actively pro­mote its own young tal­ents.
