IP Dynamics is an aiaibot Solution Partner

Since December 2020, IP Dynamics GmbH has Aiaibot Solution provider. The company is thus expanding its portfolio with a cloud-based, easy-to-integrate chatbot. The solution has an intuitive “story builder” that enables both guided dialogs and open questions. The latter can be analyzed using artificial intelligence (AI) or natural language processing (NLP).

The AI/NLP component offers the advantage that you can import your own sample data to configure the AI components. As a result, the solution is not dependent on general (public) machine learning. This prevents, for example, questions about life insurance from an insurance company's bot not being answered with an offer from another insurer simply because the insurer is running a campaign at the same time and their results are highly prioritized by search engines.

Thanks to a multi-level administration, aiaibot allows every department to create individual stories using a drag-and-drop principle. The backend systems, on the other hand, are connected centrally - for example by the IT department - and made available to specialist departments as a drag-and-drop module. aiaibot offers a wide range of integration options, for example in WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Facebook and in backend systems (for example to query delivery status or data storage). In addition, aiaibot can transfer agents and call flows to the IP Dynamics contact center solutions (novomind iAgent or Voxtron Communication Center) and adopt the previously exchanged data as routing skills.

aiaibot is a product from Swiss technology company swiss moonshot AG, behind which, among other things, employees of PIDAS stand. This allows IP Dynamics to build on experience from previous joint projects with PIDAS.
