IP Dynamics among the first partners for Microsoft Teams Phone Extensibility

As a Microsoft partner, IP Dynamics is setting new standards for contact centers with Microsoft Teams integration.

Last year, IP Dynamics was officially certified for contact center integration of Microsoft Teams using the Extend Model. However, the depth of IP Dynamics' integration goes far beyond this model and comparable solutions. Now, Microsoft is defining the next level of integration under the title “Teams Phone Extensibility”. As a selected partner, IP Dynamics was invited by Microsoft to participate in this new solution.

IP Dynamics is working closely with the Teams and Azure Communication Services (ACS) product teams at Microsoft. The combination of IP Dynamics' decades of expertise in the contact center business and Microsoft's broad range of enterprise communications solutions is creating a powerful Contact Center-as-a-Service (CCaaS) solution that combines the best of both worlds. With Teams, not only simple phone calls can be handled, but also complex call processes and advanced contact center scenarios can be efficiently implemented, such as consulting with subject matter experts.

In addition, companies benefit from the wide range of expansion options that arise from the integration of Azure and the versatile AI offerings of Microsoft 365 Copilot. Likewise, both third-party integrations and customized extensions can be implemented to design the contact center of the future with AI support.
