Strengthening IP Dynamics

For many years, IP Dynamics has relied on consistent Promoting young talent. Several trainees and dual students are currently completing their apprenticeship at the company's various locations. Since August 1, 2020, colleagues at the Hanover location have been reinforced by two fresh junior staff. As part of their training, the two prospective IT specialists for system integration will work in various departments and gain an insight into the diverse work processes of a dynamic IT company. For example, they will install and configure contact center solutions and telephone systems alongside their experienced colleagues as part of customer projects.

In view of the corona crisis, the mandatory onboarding week meetings will only take place virtually this year. But the two new trainees can still look forward to starting their training at IP Dynamics and getting to know the other trainees and students. “An apprenticeship in the IT sector is the first step on my way to a dream job and I am very excited to see what awaits me here in the coming years,” says Ahsanullah Zazai, one of the two prospective IT specialists. IP Dynamics, in turn, is pleased with the welcome addition and wishes the young colleagues a successful career start and a varied apprenticeship.
