What exactly does an IT Systems Management Assistant do?

As an IT Systems Specialist, you design and implement IT system solutions, meeting highly specific customer needs. You conduct market research, marketing, and advertising activities, analyze customer requirements, and advise customers on purchasing IT products. Furthermore, you train customers on how to use new systems, calculate and prepare quotes, and develop program sequences within IT systems.

During block instruction, you acquire the specialized foundation for your training – from technical fundamentals to business management principles. Theory and practice are seamlessly integrated.

Hands-on experience within the company

You'll apply your knowledge directly within the company and take on responsibility from day one. Working alongside your team, you'll tackle various projects and gain valuable experience.

You support us on a wide variety of (large-scale) projects that focus on Microsoft and contact center technologies.
Working within our team, you develop modern software systems using the latest technologies in front-end and back-end development, virtualization, containers, and the cloud.
You work with a diverse range of programming languages and technologies, such as HTML5 / CSS / React, Python, MS .NET, Java, and much more.
You test new features together with the team and help us continuously optimize our solutions.

If you enjoy these school subjects and possess in-depth knowledge, you'll have a strong foundation for training as an IT specialist for application development. Generally, you should possess strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent reading comprehension, to make a confident impression when interacting with customers, but also, for example, to be able to create error-free software manuals.
