As an IT system manager, you design and implement IT technology system solutions and thus meet highly specific customer needs. You will carry out market monitoring as well as marketing and advertising measures, analyze the needs of customers and advise them on the purchase of IT products. You will also instruct customers on how to use new systems, calculate and create offers and develop program flows in IT systems.
If you enjoy these school subjects and have in-depth knowledge, you have good prerequisites for training as an IT specialist for application development. In general, you should have good oral and written language skills with a strong understanding of the text. On the one hand, to make a confident impression when advising customers, and on the other hand, to be able to formulate offers without errors and present concepts in detail.
