novomind has been developing intelligent technologies and software solutions for commerce and customer service for around 20 years. At the exclusive annual meeting Novoinsight The latest developments, innovations and trends are traditionally presented. This year, the focus was on topics such as artificial intelligence and messaging. Under the motto “digital|STARS”, more than 500 customers, partners and employees met at CinemaxX Dammtor, Hamburg's largest movie theater. Also IP Dynamics, since May 2019 novomind's strategic partner, was on site with its own stand.

More than 30 speakers gave exciting presentations and gave comprehensive insights into practice. Of course, in addition to the official supporting program, relaxed small talk and constructive exchange were not neglected. “Novoinsight was a great opportunity for us to talk to our partners, customers and many interested guests about the innovative solutions that we provide in close cooperation with novomind,” says Christian Stölken, managing director of IP Dynamics. While novomind has a powerful communication platform for all channels with its iAGENT, IP Dynamics has a wealth of experience in the voice sector. Together, the two Hamburg-based companies cover all processes and channels that are relevant for a modern contact center.
