When the most important international providers from the fields of call centers, customer service and communication gather at the annual CCW conference fair in Berlin, IP Dynamics is also a must. As one of around 270 exhibitors, the Hamburg-based system house presented the innovative solutions from the company's own portfolio from February 19 to 21.
Implementing AI and Bots
Several experts from IP Dynamics were available to answer questions from trade fair visitors in lively technical discussions. Many questions revolved around the company's IT specialties: Contact Center, Unified Communication, Collaboration, Managed Service, Private & Public Cloud, and VoIP. Interested visitors were able to see the structure and functions of a modern multi-channel contact center on site.

However, the topics of AI and bots were particularly high this year. As part of a live demo at its own exhibition stand, IP Dynamics presented how both voice and chatbots can be sensibly integrated into customer dialogue. Based on specific case studies, it was shown that the intelligent integration of multilingual voice bots can significantly reduce the workload of call center employees. The same goes for chatbots. Through their tailor-made implementation, the processing of recurring processes can be automated and at the same time improve the service experience for the customer.
