IP Dynamics on the move in the heart of Thuringia

Once again this year, IP Dynamics places great value on varied employee events. The regular trips are now an integral and universally popular part of corporate culture. In this way, IP Dynamics creates opportunities for personal exchange, strengthens team cohesion and ensures special moments together away from everyday working life.

The first event of this year took place in March. A total of 32 hiking enthusiasts set off on the trip to beautiful Eisenach to spend a weekend together between nature and German history.

Arrive, discover and experience together

After arrival, there was an opportunity to explore the city for the first time. Eisenach immediately impressed the participants with its beautiful old town and historic charm. After a short discovery tour, the group started the weekend together with dinner.

A hike full of impressions

The next day, all colleagues arrived in front of the hotel, well-rested and adventurous, to start the hike. The route led from Eisenach city center through the impressive Dragon Gorge up to Wartburg. The Dragon Gorge is a spectacular natural experience, which fascinated with moss-covered rock walls up to ten meters high and passages only 70 centimeters narrow in places.

Despite changeable weather with snow, rain and cool temperatures, the team reached Wartburg after around ten kilometers. After a well-deserved break to warm up and strengthen yourself, a guided tour of the historic walls of Wartburg followed with exciting insights into the eventful history of the fortress complex. After the tour, colleagues were able to visit the Wartburg Museum, which exhibits numerous treasures from past centuries.

Over dinner together, the excursion group looked back on the eventful weekend full of impressions and encounters and ended the day in a relaxed atmosphere.
