Trade fair under difficult conditions

From March 2 to 4, the 22nd Call Center World (CCW) took place in Berlin. Under difficult conditions this year, as several major exhibitors had canceled their participation in the trade fair due to current concerns about the coronavirus. In addition, the number of visitors also fell short of expectations. However, IP Dynamics was not deterred by this and was on site with a competent team of specialized colleagues. Interested visitors were thus able to take advantage of the opportunity to see innovative solutions presented at the large exhibition stand via live demo. The focus was, among other things, on modern contact center functions, the automation of customer dialogue through voice or chatbots, and the overall topic of the cloud.
