Promoting young talent is a top priority!

In the past year, seven young colleagues successfully completed their vocational training in the company. In the previous three years, the talents have gained a wealth of experience and thus laid the foundation for promising careers in the IT sector. “We are very happy that we were able to take on our trainees and thus strengthen our specialist departments”, says Franca von Schubert, training coordinator at IP Dynamics. “Our goal is to provide our colleagues with the best possible support in their professional and personal development, even beyond their training. ”

IP Dynamics provides young adults with vocational training even in the difficult times of the pandemic. For this commitment, the company has received the 2022 training certificate from the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce.

At the start of training on August 1, 2022, IP Dynamics is once again looking for reinforcements in various areas and at several locations. In Hamburg and Hanover, the IT company offers training for IT specialist for digital networking (m/f/d) on. In Hamburg and Stuttgart, prospective IT specialists for data and process analysis (m/f/d) will strengthen the team. And for the main location in Hamburg, we are also looking for an IT specialist system integration specialist (m/f/d) and an office management clerk.

“In our highly specialized business area, we simply train tomorrow's specialists ourselves,” explains Franca von Schubert. “By training young talent, we are also taking on the social responsibility that we bear as a medium-sized company in our society. ”
