Once again this year, IP Dynamics is donating to a good cause. Instead of handing out material gifts, the company wants to focus on social and environmental challenges and help people in need and promote environmental protection. This year, IP Dynamics is donating to three non-profit organizations:

‍PRIMARY CLIMATE

‍The globally active association reforests forests and thus makes an effective contribution to climate protection. In addition to environmental added value, social aspects also play a role. The projects, particularly in the south of the world, provide secure income by commissioning forest management and are the basis for local cooperation.

‍Action Germany helps

‍The cruel war of aggression in Ukraine continues to cost the lives of many people and deprive others of any means of livelihood. The “Aktion Deutschland Hilft” sends aids to Ukraine and supports local medical care.

‍Friedensdorf International

‍Friedensdorf International provides assistance to children from war and crisis areas who cannot receive medical care in their home country. In addition to individual medical assistance, the association provides peace education work and conducts workshops and seminars on a wide range of topics. By supporting these projects, IP Dynamics wants to make a contribution to overcoming current challenges and crisis situations.

An eventful year

IP Dynamics looks back on an eventful year. In addition to Microsoft Teams integration in the contact center from ROSE Bikes, the solution is also just around the corner official certification by Microsoft.

The IT company is also part of Association for the Promotion of Insurance Science in Hamburg e.V. joined to support the industry in digital transformation through individual solution concepts and to get young people excited about the technological potential of the industry.

At various events, such as Hamburg Insurance Innovation Day and the IT Exhibition Congress in Leipzig IP Dynamics was able to focus on the topic of “workload management” and, together with Signal Iduna, provide insights into the company's live environment. There was also very good news in terms of partnership: innovaphone awards IP Dynamics with the fourth”Star of Excellence“once again for the high quality and expertise of software solutions and implementation of projects.

As a future-oriented company, IP Dynamics has set itself the task of to become and act more sustainably. In addition to optimized data centers and the replacement of the company fleet with e-vehicles, offices also eliminate a lot of paper due to the digitization of many contracts and invoices.

Apart from the exciting project work, colleagues from IP Dynamics were once again delighted with exciting and varied events this year. In addition to sports activities such as karting, one Hiking through the Harz, as well as one Mountain bike tour through the Black Forest, were there also quieter happenings, such as Barbecue course And a “Eat the World” tour through Erfurt.
