From novice to grilling professional

In summer, people all too like to fire up the grill and throw the meat on the grill when the mood is cheery. But grilling is definitely an art that needs to be mastered. On August 16, our colleagues from Dortmund unpacked their grill aprons and took part in a grilling course for real meat fans.

In the four-hour course, participants were able to learn how to use the barbecues correctly, including accessories, and practice how to handle the food correctly. A lot of fun and a good atmosphere were guaranteed.

After the work was done, the six-course dinner was enjoyed with cool beer and a relaxed atmosphere.

The other colleagues are already looking forward to putting the course participants' newly learned grilling skills through their paces.
