Start of training 2019

Promoting young talent has been a top priority at IP Dynamics for years and so the 2019 training year is once again heavily staffed. As of August 1, the company welcomed a total of six new trainees to its ranks. In addition to working as an office clerk in Hamburg, five IT specialists for system integration took up their duties at the Hamburg, Hanover, Stuttgart and Wiesbaden locations. In addition, the Stuttgart team will now be actively supported by an intern.

Onboarding into the IPD family

As part of the onboarding, the young professionals spent a week together in Wiesbaden. In addition to a general introduction and an outlook on the next three years, the program also included getting to know each other. For Patric Reusch, who is starting his training as an IT specialist for system integration in Stuttgart, social interaction is particularly important: “The decisive factor for my application was that IP Dynamics sees itself as a large family, because good and friendly interaction with colleagues is very important to me.” All the better that the trainees in Wiesbaden were also able to get to know their mentors directly, who are there to provide them with advice and assistance throughout their training.

A win-win situation

IP Dynamics is responding to the shortage of skilled workers in the IT sector by quickly training the next generation of specialists themselves. The young trainees, in turn, are pleased to have the opportunity of a promising Starting your career. “I am looking forward to a hopefully varied time at IP Dynamics,” says Nils Pache, who is also being trained as an IT specialist in Hanover, “and to learning my dream job in an exciting work environment.” All sides can only benefit from actively promoting young talent. IP Dynamics says “Welcome aboard” and wishes the young new colleagues a successful training period at IP Dynamics.
