Contact Center with Microsoft Teams?!

Some time ago, Microsoft hinted that Skype for Business Online through the communication service published in 2017 teams to replace. The required APIs simply do not yet exist or have yet to be released.

As a long-standing Microsoft Gold Partner, IP Dynamics is in constructive dialogue with the company from Redmond and is working hard to develop future-proof solutions. For example, appropriate interfaces will also be used in future to link Microsoft Teams with the Voxtron Communication Center made possible by the manufacturer Enghouse.
