An intensive and eventful year is drawing to a close. IP Dynamics would like to thank all customers, partners and friends for the successful projects, the open dialogue and the good cooperation.

Donate instead of gift campaign

ShelterBox provides emergency shelters and tools to provide shelter to people in disaster and crisis areas. Find out more here!

In addition, IP Dynamics has decided to make a permanent commitment and has been supporting the important work of Emergency aid Ukraine of Aktion Deutschland Hilft with a monthly donation. IP Dynamics wants to maintain this commitment until the end of the war in Ukraine and hopes to be able to make a small contribution to relieving the burden on local people and alleviating their plight a bit. Looking back at 2025

This year, colleagues were able to celebrate the company's 20th anniversary. This milestone not only marks many years of commitment and growth, but is also a confirmation of the trust of long-standing IP Dynamics customers and the strength of the entire team.

As a specialized software manufacturer, IP Dynamics has once again provided innovative solutions for its customers this year. In view of demographic change and the impending shortage of skilled workers, companies are required to find new ways to relieve employees, promote customer and employee satisfaction and increase efficiency. This is exactly where IP Dynamics comes in. With the company's innovative software solutions, customers improve the satisfaction of their employees and customers and at the same time achieve an increase in the efficiency of their work processes. An illustrative example of this is the introduction of intelligent workload management in R+V insurance.

Face-to-face appearances

This year, trade fairs and specialist conferences were once again a great opportunity to exchange ideas with customers and partners. IP Dynamics was represented at numerous events, both as an exhibitor and with technical presentations. At the conference “Dark Processing & Workflow Support in Insurance”, IP Dynamics presented a use case on the topic of “AI-based live transcription.”

At the “IT for Insurance Exhibition Congress” and at the”insureNXT2025“In Cologne, colleagues presented the Dynamic Workload software solution. IP Dynamics was also present at the”Hamburg Insurance Innovation Day“represented and gave a keynote speech on how perfect matchmaking can work in customer service.

Team building outside the office

Even in addition to work, colleagues came together to spend days together, strengthen cooperation and experience unforgettable moments. That's why we went to Cologne in spring for a workshop on smartphone photography.

In summer, the team is together on Mudflat migration gone. The colleagues emigrated from Cuxhaven to the island of Neuwerk. This provided exciting insights into the Wadden Sea National Park ecosystem.

In Hamburg, the annual MOPO team relay instead of. IP Dynamics started with two teams. With a gap of just a few seconds, both teams crossed the finish line successfully.

In autumn, colleagues will have another bicycle tour undertook. From Koblenz, we went along the Rhine to the Rheinschleife near Boppard.

New podcast: CX Factor

IP Dynamics has recently also been represented with its own podcast. Three episodes of “CX Factor” are already available, which highlight topics such as the effects of the shortage of skilled workers, the importance of personal and individual customer service, and the UI/UX strategy and provide exciting insights. The podcast is on spotify and Apple Podcasts available.
