IP Dynamics is committed to promoting young talent

As one of around 5,000 training companies in Hamburg, IP Dynamics offers young professionals the opportunity to gain valuable practical experience in various specialist areas and thus lay the foundation for their professional future. The current six apprentices and two dual students will receive comprehensive insights into the work processes at IP Dynamics and will be introduced step by step to working independently.

For this commitment to promoting young talent, IP Dynamics has once again received the 2026 training certificate from the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce.

Looking for motivated young talent

Once again this year, IP Dynamics is looking for reinforcements in the areas of software development and IT for the start of apprenticeship on August 1, 2026. For both the Hamburg and Hanover locations, IT specialist for system integration wanted. In addition, the Hamburg location also offers training as IT specialist for application development advertised.

In order to get young professionals excited about apprenticeship, IP Dynamics is presenting itself at various career fairs. Back in February, the HR team was represented at the EINSTIEG Hamburg trade fair with a number of young professionals. Anyone who was unable to get to know the company there has the opportunity to find out about the various apprenticeship occupations and to get into conversation in November at the Traumberuf MINT student fair in Hamburg.
