IP Dynamics and novomind meet the Canadian manufacturer's quality requirements for connecting Mitel MiVoice Business.

The two Hamburg-based IT companies novomind AG and IP Dynamics GmbH are part of their strategic partnership to connect Mitel MiVoice business telephone systems to Contact Center has been certified. The certification took place in January 2021 and was carried out by Canadian telephone system manufacturer Mitel itself. The connection is provided by the cloud-based novomind iAGENT omnichannel customer service software and dynamic flow.

MiVoice Business is a platform for business communication that offers all required functions in an on-site solution for unified communications and business telephones: voice communication, messaging, mobility, presence information, conferences, collaboration and various other applications. The solution novomind iAgent Voice combined with Dynamic Flow from IP Dynamics, enables rapid connection to existing unified communications and telecommunications infrastructures.

“In principle, novomind iAGENT Voice can be integrated into any existing telecommunications system landscape,” says Stefan Grieben, CTO of novomind. “Certification by an industry giant like Mitel once again reinforces the flexibility of our voice solution.” Around 70 million users worldwide work with telephone systems from the Canadian manufacturer.

Mitel has carefully checked the contact center connection of the telephone system and its elementary functions. Both telephony routing, including the waiting area function, and telephony control (control of end devices) were tested. Conclusion: Companies that use a MiVoice business system can continue to use the full range of functions of their unified communications system as part of a contact center integration with novomind and IP Dynamics and do not have to do without anything.
