Hamburg-based IT service provider and software manufacturer IP Dynamics offers its solutions not only on premises, but also from the cloud or as a hybrid solution. The IPD NOW cloud makes it easier for users without their own virtualization environment to access a wide range of communication applications. For tamper-proof document exchange in the cloud, IP Dynamics relies on the OfficeMaster Suite from Berlin-based UC manufacturer Ferrari electronic.

‍The IPD NOW Cloud is part of IP Dynamics' IPD NOW offering, which includes cloud services as well as hosting and holistic consulting. All solutions, from VoIP to collaboration to contact centers, can be implemented via the IPD NOW cloud — as a full cloud or hybrid solution. Thanks to the flexibility of the cloud, the holistic service provided by highly trained consultants and the XaaS approach, IP Dynamics is able to implement every project individually and according to the customer's needs. This happens regardless of whether internal company systems are outsourced or software solutions from IP Dynamics are used.

IP Dynamics implements tamper-proof document exchange in the IPD NOW cloud via the OfficeMaster Suite from Ferrari electronic. It connects the existing e-mail system with various communication channels such as Next Generation Document Exchange (NGDX), SMS or voice mail to form an intelligent and secure unified communications solution — and in this way also brings the communication classic fax to the cloud. Documents are thus received as originals, encrypted, end-to-end and, above all, legally secure as PDFs in the recipient's e-mail inbox.

The IPD NOW Cloud is operated in two redundant data centers in the greater Hamburg area and meets all legal requirements of the GDPR. To prevent content from being read or intercepted, Ferrari electronic uses an interplay of asymmetric and symmetrical encryption when transmitting documents, which encodes both the document and its transport route. As a result, document transfer via the OfficeMaster Suite also meets the highest security standards.
