Statement on the current coronavirus threat

What happens if an emergency occurs? In view of the current spread of the coronavirus, this question is of urgent importance for many companies. Regardless of the current situation, IP Dynamics has prepared for possible emergencies or disaster scenarios as part of a comprehensive risk analysis. In particular, the following points were assessed:

• Effects on resource availability
• effectiveness of operating processes
• Necessary definitions of a minimal operation
• Required technical and organizational effects

This results in conclusions regarding the specific threat situation posed by the coronavirus. IP Dynamics GmbH has eight locations across Germany. On the basis of these locations, all areas necessary for the operation of IP Dynamics are decentralized. In particular, the company also understands the contractual obligations towards its customers. In addition, the architecture of the technical infrastructure makes it possible to switch to working from anywhere at any time. To minimize risks in the current situation, specific jobs have already been converted. These measures ensure the operation of IP Dynamics even in the event of a failure of locations.

In addition, IP Dynamics has taken the following measures:

• All colleagues are sufficiently sensitized and asked to also comply with the preventive measures taken by the customers with whom they are in contact
• Business trips, meetings and the reception of guests were reduced to a necessary minimum
• All colleagues who have symptoms of illness are urged to go home immediately
• All colleagues who have traveled to a risk area or have been in contact with a (presumed) infected person are asked to stay at home for at least 14 days

Since both technical and personnel availability have been considered, IP Dynamics is available to its customers as usual, even in crisis situations. We will immediately inform you of any possible restrictions that are beyond your control.
