After a challenging year 2020, IP Dynamics is looking positively and motivates to the future. Even in times of the corona pandemic, the company is sticking to its philosophy and continues to actively promote young talent. At IP Dynamics, young talents are trained and developed.

IP Dynamics currently employs 15 trainees and dual students who meet their colleagues on equal footing and learn to work independently.
