What does an office management clerk actually do?

As an office management clerk, you are responsible for organizing and processing office tasks. You will also carry out commercial activities in areas such as order processing, accounting, procurement, marketing and personnel administration. In addition to the careful and detailed processing of postal and e-mail traffic, you document and record business transactions in a structured manner. You also present the customer-oriented and convincing presentation of products and services, for example in customer offers. In addition, there is the collection of offers in purchasing and an open and service-oriented approach to customer inquiries.

  • You are responsible for processing and filing invoices, travel expenses, credit card statements
