Through the strategic partnership with the leading provider of cloud software for contact centers, IP Dynamics GmbH is able to significantly expand its portfolio.
At the beginning of April, IP Dynamics GmbH, an independent, globally active IT company, and Five9, a leading provider of cloud software for contact centers, entered into a strategic partnership to bundle their strengths and know-how on the German-speaking market. IP Dynamics is now an official partner of the US company and is thus expanding its portfolio with a strong contact center as a service solution (CCaaS).
Five9's cloud contact center solution offers numerous advantages over traditional on-premises contact center solutions. The omnichannel solution enables intelligent routing, workforce management and real-time reporting, among other things, and can be easily integrated into common CRM systems.
