Merry Christmas from IP Dynamics

IP Dynamics looks back on a successful year 2021 and thanks its customers, partners and friends for their excellent and trusting cooperation.

Donate instead of give

In the interest of the environment, IP Dynamics is refraining from using elaborately packaged Christmas gifts this year and has instead donated to a good cause.

The club was chosen Mandelzweig Project Aid eV, who has been funding partnership projects between Germany and India for 10 years. With a generous donation, IP Dynamics supports Construction and furnishing of the tea house, which is the central hub of Mandelzweig project aid in northern India. From here, projects to promote human rights, fair trade and intercultural communication are initiated and coordinated.

Looking back on a successful year

‍In recent months, IP Dynamics has implemented numerous customer projects. The Bavarian state capital Munich, for example, was by providing cutting-edge contact center technology supported in the fight against the corona pandemic. Other customers were able to benefit from the progress made by IP Dynamics in terms of Contact center integration from Microsoft Teams.

A particular highlight in August was certification in accordance with the international ISO 27001 standard. In the same month, the successful Young talent work borne fruit by IP Dynamics: Five trainees were able to complete their vocational training in the company — one of them was even able to complete their vocational training courses in the company with top grade.

In addition, all of the company's partnerships were maintained and expanded. At innovaphone, for example, IP Dynamics was once again able to qualify for the highest partner status. In cooperation with poly and epic has the company achieved gold or silver status. And together with novomind, IP Dynamics has a certification for Connect Mitel MiVoice Business Get phone systems to contact centers.
